Dear Friends,

It is our great honour and privilege to bring you the Younger Members Exhibition and Conference (YMEC) for 2010.

YMEC is an exhibition and conference, at which students from tertiary institutions (i.e. IVE, higher diploma, associate degree, undergraduates and postgraduates) and secondary schools, as well as young professionals from the industry present their projects or papers. The judges are experts from various academic and industrial fields. Participants of all engineering related disciplines are welcome and the best teams in all sections will be awarded.

Project Scope: "Tech X Life" - The project should related to improve life with technology and cover technical and engineering aspects which the Institution of Engineering and technology concerns. Virtually all topics pertain to physical sciences or engineering are acceptable. Here are some (but not all) examples:

Being an international engineering institution, we also encourage participation from overseas and the mainland China. The selected winners may be nominated to the "Present Around the World" which will be held at Pune, India on 31 July 2010.
